Pharmacokinetics studies for preeclampsia treatment

Biography

Nicole is a medical student at the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg. She has been part of the GO-PROVE study since her summer internship in 2021 and continued to work part-time with the study. Under the guidance of her supervisor, Lina Bergman, Nicole is currently writing her master thesis “Prediction of hypertension in women with preeclampsia one year postpartum”.

Nicole’s interest in women’s health began during her work as an assistant nurse at the neonatal intensive care unit at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, where she first encountered women with preeclampsia. She is set to graduate in January 2024, and her goal is to continue to research and work in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
